Responsibilities:
Handle Daily Data Monitoring: Support in maintaining business reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics like user activity, content engagement, and retention, and contributing to root-cause analysis.
Conduct User Behavior Analysis: Analyze user journeys, utilizing segmentation, funnel analysis, and retention techniques to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Assess Content Ecosystem: Evaluate the performance of various content types, topics, and creators to offer data-driven insights for content operations and community initiatives.
Assist in Strategy and Impact Evaluation: Aid in data preparation, analyze product features, operational campaigns, and A/B tests, and provide recommendations based on findings.
Provide Data Support and Quality Assurance: Extract and analyze data to meet the needs of product and operations teams, participate in data validation, and ensure data accuracy through quality checks.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a master’s degree or higher, with a preference for candidates in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
Proficient in SQL and Excel for data analysis, possessing a foundational understanding of statistics and analytical methods.
Display a strong interest in content-driven community products, user behavior, and content distribution, and demonstrate a commitment to deriving valuable insights from data.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication, learning, and execution skills, committed to ensuring data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Python, R, or BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in data analytics and the ability to communicate analytical approaches effectively.

Blockchain Engineer (Rust / CKB / Bitcoin / UTXO)
We’re looking for a Blockchain Engineer to explore and build new possibilities around RGB++, CKB, and Bitcoin.
RGB++ is built around the UTXO model, so this role is particularly suited to engineers who understand Bitcoin, UTXO-based systems, or similar protocol-level architectures and are interested in exploring what new ideas can be built from that foundation.
You’ll start with RGB++ — understanding what exists today, exploring what could come next, and turning promising ideas into tools, prototypes, or infrastructure that other developers can build on.

What You'll Do
Explore new technical and product possibilities around RGB++, CKB and Bitcoin.

What We're Looking For
Solid blockchain fundamentals and experience working beyond application-level development.
Strong hands-on engineering ability with Rust and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Enjoy figuring out what should be built, not only how to build it.
Strong interest in Bitcoin, blockchain infrastructure, and protocol-level innovation.

Operations Assistant
We're looking for an Operations Assistant to work closely with our VP of Operations and help keep the company organized and running smoothly.
A big part of this role is taking things off the team's plate. You'll be working on documents, organizing files, keeping information up to date, writing and maintaining internal documentation, doing research, following up on tasks, and helping with whatever operational work needs to get done.
