Who can apply

Applications are open to current university students who can commit to a minimum of 4 days per week for a 6-month duration.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate content recommendations, user feedback, and author operations to enhance operational efficiency for Square.
• Analyze the impact of new product features and optimize them using data-driven methodologies.
• Monitor key operational metrics regularly to provide timely insights to business stakeholders regarding any anomalies or actionable recommendations observed.
• Conduct detailed analysis on various metrics to identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement necessary enhancements.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of internal dashboards and tools to maintain consistent and reliable data.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize assignments from different teams effectively.
• Assist business stakeholders with data requests by communicating clearly and aligning requirements efficiently.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program with a strong background in business data analytics (e.g., Data/Business Analytics).
• Proficient in English communication, both written (documentation/presentation development) and verbal skills.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, hands-on approach, and willingness to engage in tasks directly.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Practical experience and proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analytics applications.
• Previous internship experience in cryptocurrency, securities, or technology companies is desirable.
