Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the impact of new product features and drive optimization utilizing data-driven insights.
• Monitor essential operational metrics rigorously to provide timely feedback to relevant stakeholders, recognizing anomalies or opportunities.
• Perform detailed analysis on varied metrics, such as SLAs, operational inefficiencies, and trading patterns, to enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and consistency of internal dashboards and tools.

Requirements

• A graduate or postgraduate degree holder with solid business data analytical skills, ideally from programs focusing on data or business analytics.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication, particularly in documentation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated accountability, practicality, and a hands-on approach towards work responsibilities.
• Skilled in SQL, Python, and data analytics techniques.
• Previous internship exposure in the cryptocurrency, securities, or technology sector is preferred.
