Binance Accelerator Program Overview:

The Binance Accelerator Program is a structured initiative crafted for aspiring Early Career Talent seeking a hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape. Participants will gain deep insights into Binance's operations and the workings of the world's premier blockchain ecosystem. In addition to daily responsibilities, emphasis will be placed on networking and skill development, empowering individuals to enhance their professional connections and capabilities for future career growth.

Eligibility:

This opportunity is open to current university students and recent graduates able to commit to a minimum of 6 months with a required minimum of 3 workdays per week.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the development of significant big data applications, including projects related to Binance Square(feed), search functionalities, and others within the same domain.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a computer-related field.
• Proficient in Java/Python with a strong foundation in essential frameworks like multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with the Spring MicroService framework and its operational mechanisms.
• Knowledge of MySQL database and common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork orientation, and a keen aptitude for learning.
• Effective communication capabilities; fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary for collaborating with international partners and stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with open source projects.
• Background in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hbase, Spark, with experience in building batch/streaming dataflow being advantageous.
