About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a structured initiative tailored for Early Career Talent seeking a deep dive into the expanding Web3 industry. Participants will gain valuable insights into Binance's operations and the inner workings of the premier blockchain ecosystem. In addition to on-the-job learning, there will be a strong emphasis on networking and skill development to enhance professional growth.
Who may apply
The program is open to current university students and recent graduates willing to commit to a minimum 6-month tenure, at least 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Create, enhance, and optimize AI models and algorithms for various projects like Q&A systems, content review, image manipulation, and translation tasks.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow data scientists to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Conduct experiments using data-centric methodologies to boost the performance of AI models continually.
- Curate and manage top-quality datasets, ensuring data integrity and comprehensiveness.
- Explore and integrate cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to foster innovation and advancement within the organization.
- Produce clear technical documentation and comprehensive reports to communicate research findings and technical insights effectively.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Extensive expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on developing and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, T5, among others.
- Proficient in widely-used machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages for data analysis and modeling purposes.
- Prior experience with handling and analyzing large datasets, along with familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Practical background in tasks like Q&A systems, natural language processing, image processing, and machine translation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, able to collaborate efficiently within cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI technology, with a keen interest in continuous learning and innovation.
