The Binance Accelerator Program is a focused training initiative catering to Early Career Talent. This short-term program offers a deep dive into the rapidly expanding Web3 space, allowing participants to gain valuable insights into Binance's operations and the workings of a top blockchain ecosystem. In addition to hands-on experience, emphasis is placed on networking and skill-building to enhance career advancement opportunities.

Whom We Seek:

Ideal candidates are current university students or recent graduates willing to commit a minimum of 6 months, with at least 4 days per week availability.

Responsibilities:

• Support in setting up, configuring, and managing Kafka clusters.
• Monitor and address Kafka performance issues.
• Assist in building and managing Kafka-driven data pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams in Kafka integration within applications.
• Contribute to the upkeep of Kafka configuration documentation.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving Kafka-related challenges.
• Keep abreast of Kafka updates and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Fundamental knowledge of Apache Kafka components and concepts.
• Understanding of distributed systems and real-time data processing principles.
• Basic grasp of Linux systems and scripting languages.
