Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating user growth strategies for the advanced earn business, including executing user campaigns and developing marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement specific campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate ROI of campaigns across various channels and use data-driven insights to enhance performance.
- Copywriting and editing various content pieces such as announcements and social media posts.
- Enhance user engagement and following rates through content planning and other relevant methods by understanding industry dynamics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies to drive user growth and hands-on experience in operations and community management.
- Knowledge of finance and the crypto industry is essential, with additional knowledge of user acquisition and lifecycle management being beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel.
- Ability to engage with communities and partners flexibly and outside regular hours.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders effectively.

Help develop and maintain multi-scenario style guides to ensure user-friendly content across emails, announcements, and listing campaigns.
Build and continuously optimize the translation memory database.
Act as a language expert, collaborating with product, operations, and legal teams to offer localization strategies — especially for culturally sensitive content.
Implement and integrate CAT tools (e.g., Phrase) and machine translation engines (e.g., DeepL, Google MT), and provide real-time feedback for improvements.
Deliver regular language quality reports, including error categorization, improvement suggestions, and best practices.
