Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to devise innovative methods for client acquisition driven by data insights.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with current clients by understanding their requirements thoroughly.
• Recognize the diverse trading requirements of individual and corporate clients.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies in the EU region.
• Analyze and track users’ trading volume, revenue metrics, and user behavior in detail.
• Generate inclusive reports and present data graphically and quantitatively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree holder, or recent graduate.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Adaptable in complex scenarios and capable of performing well under pressure.
• Previous account management experience with a proven history of maintaining solid relationships.
• Enthusiastic about cryptocurrencies.
• Prior background in sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language like Italian, French, Polish, Swedish, German, or Spanish.
