Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and foster trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Enhance existing customer relationships through consistent communication and understanding of their requirements.
- Develop essential customer service protocols and systems, establish management norms, and monitor the status of key clients.
- Conduct user behavior analysis, identify latent needs, compile crucial customer analysis reports, and liaise with various departments to devise optimal customer service strategies.
- Explore and brainstorm novel client acquisition approaches based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, or similar field.
- Basic comprehension of financial markets (e.g., CFA Level 1) is an asset.
- Prior sales experience at a traditional brokerage firm or financial institution is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to diverse situations, excellent relationship management and sales capabilities, and capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Keen interest in cryptocurrencies, with industry experience being advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin essential for coordinating with global partners and stakeholders.
