Binance Accelerator Program Overview:
The Binance Accelerator Program is a focused temporary initiative tailored for Early Career Talent seeking an immersive encounter within the rapidly evolving Web3 industry. Participants will gain firsthand insights into Binance's operations and delve into the workings of the premier blockchain ecosystem globally. In addition to hands-on experience, emphasis will be placed on networking and skill development, enabling individuals to expand their professional connections and acquire transferable skills to advance their careers.

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and foster trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Enhance existing customer relationships through consistent communication and understanding of their requirements.
- Develop essential customer service protocols and systems, establish management norms, and monitor the status of key clients.
- Conduct user behavior analysis, identify latent needs, compile crucial customer analysis reports, and liaise with various departments to devise optimal customer service strategies.
- Explore and brainstorm novel client acquisition approaches based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, or similar field.
- Basic comprehension of financial markets (e.g., CFA Level 1) is an asset.
- Prior sales experience at a traditional brokerage firm or financial institution is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to diverse situations, excellent relationship management and sales capabilities, and capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
- Keen interest in cryptocurrencies, with industry experience being advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin essential for coordinating with global partners and stakeholders.
