Participants will gain insight into the inner workings of a leading blockchain ecosystem, fostering professional networking and skill development to advance their careers.

Who Can Apply:

• Current university students and recent graduates

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the ANZ Marketing team, focusing on affiliate, referral, and growth marketing endeavors. The ideal candidate is a crypto enthusiast, Binance user, and junior growth marketer keen on enhancing their digital marketing skills within a dynamic Web3 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing content for blogs, announcements, and educational materials
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Engage with Affiliates, YouTubers, Influencers, and KOLs to establish partnerships and drive user growth
• Drive referral initiatives for existing users
• Contribute to community growth efforts
• Participate in marketing campaign executions
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on tasks and campaign execution

Requirements:

• Interest in crypto/blockchain (prior experience in Web3 or tech marketing is beneficial)
• Current Binance user
• Basic knowledge of Affiliate marketing and the BD/sales process
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous
• Based in Australia or New Zealand
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player
