Binance Accelerator Program Overview
The Binance Accelerator Program is a concise program tailored for Early Career Talent, providing an immersive experience within the rapidly evolving Web3 domain. Participants will gain insights into the inner workings of Binance, one of the world’s foremost blockchain ecosystems. This endeavor will not only involve job responsibilities but will also include networking opportunities and skill development to empower career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the product team in refining content recommendation algorithms to boost user engagement
- Provide insightful suggestions and feedback on features like personalized feeds and trending content
- Utilize data to identify user behavior patterns and analyze content performance
- Aid in the preparation of product documents, specifications, and experiment plans
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and data analysts on feature development
Requirements:
- 3rd/4th year students pursuing a degree/master's in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders
- Strong interest in content platforms, personalization, or recommendation systems
- Proficient in working with data to extract basic insights
- Quick learner with exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Bonus: Previous internship experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning roles
