• Support ongoing reviews and remediation programs for VIP clients.
• Identify enhancements for the VIP client journey by managing escalations and feedback.
• Act as a liaison between VIP clients and various initiative leads to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate communication and tracking for the VIP team, including updating trackers and providing updates.
• Coordinate with team members on various projects and stakeholders for diverse initiatives.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to enhance internal processes and propose innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
