Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VIP Sales team and analysts to monitor onboarding priorities and progress.
- Support ongoing reviews and remediation programs for VIP clients.
- Identify enhancements for the VIP client journey by managing escalations and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between VIP clients and various initiative leads to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate communication and tracking for the VIP team, including updating trackers and providing updates.
- Coordinate with team members on various projects and stakeholders for diverse initiatives.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to enhance internal processes and propose innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
