Responsibilities

• Arrange and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring documentation and follow-up on key actions.
• Maintain project compliance within frameworks and proper documentation practices.
• Deliver weekly status summaries, highlighting achievements, areas of concern, and next steps.
• Assist in creating meeting materials and offer administrative support when necessary.
• Support Security team projects by documenting, planning, and executing software updates.
• Manage security projects from inception to implementation, providing oversight throughout.
• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, budgets, and scope changes to ensure successful completion.

Requirements

• Interest in information security with a background in relevant academic disciplines.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Proactive team player with demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred for communication with international partners.
• Cybersecurity Capture The Flag (CTF) experience is a plus.
• Prior exposure to project management or coordination beneficial.
