About Binance Accelerator Program
The Binance Accelerator Program offers an intensive program for early career professionals to immerse themselves in the expanding Web3 sector. This program provides participants with exposure to Binance’s operations and insights into the workings of the world's top blockchain ecosystem. Participants will focus on networking and skill development to enhance their career prospects.
Who is Eligible
This opportunity is open to current university students and graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with various entities to understand tooling requirements
- Develop internal systems to enhance engineering productivity in software development and release cycles
- Manage cloud infrastructure for tooling systems to ensure high service availability
- Maintain internal testing environments to uphold quality control processes
- Assist engineers in daily development tasks such as configuration management and issue resolution
Requirements
- Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a strong academic record
- Proficiency in software development using Java, Golang, or other programming languages
- Familiarity with popular middlewares like MySQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, etc.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and modern CI/CD processes
- Working knowledge of tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced setting
- Quick learner with strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid work ethic
- Available to start between October and November 2024 for a 3 to 6-month period
