About Binance Accelerator Program
The Binance Accelerator Program is a compact program aimed at nurturing Early Career Talent by providing an immersive experience within the dynamic Web3 sector. Participants will gain insight into Binance's inner workings, a dominant force in the blockchain landscape. In addition to job responsibilities, the program emphasizes networking, professional development, and skill enhancement to facilitate career progression.
Eligibility
Suitable for current university students and recent graduates.
Responsibilities
- Engage in backend and/or full-stack feature development, testing, and deployment for core products/platforms by delivering code that is production-ready.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on module design, API/interface definition, system integration, and deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to enhance developmental efficiency and code quality.
- Assist in the engineering deployment of AI/LLM capabilities based on business requirements, such as integrating LLM APIs and building RAG pipelines.
- Aid in developing and maintaining datasets for evaluation and regression, monitor online performance, and provide support for issue debugging and resolution.
- Create essential technical documentation and communicate effectively across different teams.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Proficient in a primary programming language for engineering tasks, with a requirement for Python. Experience with Java, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript is a bonus.
- Familiarity with essential engineering tools and workflows, such as Git, Linux, debugging skills, testing methodologies, RESTful APIs, and databases.
- Some exposure to AI/LLM projects or internships is preferred, along with strong ownership mentality, effective communication skills, and a quick learning curve.
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 6 months on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping web/backend services, knowledge of caching, message queues, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools like Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure, or observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana/ELK.
- Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt iterations, data feedback loops, or basic fine-tuning workflows.
