About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship scheme targeted at Early Career individuals keen on gaining hands-on exposure to the dynamic digital assets industry. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their skills at Binance and gain insights into working with the leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also offers networking opportunities and skill development to reinforce professional connections and acquire transferable skills essential for career advancement.

About the Role
We are seeking a candidate to join our VIP Institutional Growth & Operations team, responsible for supporting the expansion, activation, and day-to-day operations of our institutional and VIP client products. In this role, you will play a key part in driving client growth initiatives while ensuring smooth operational functions. It is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals aspiring to grasp the full scope of how an institutional product evolves and operates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects.
- Support growth strategies, manage prospect lists, and facilitate the expansion of client accounts.
- Aid in preparing client proposals, incentive structures, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate operational workflows across various teams to streamline onboarding processes and remove activation barriers.
- Generate regular reports on client volume, activation rates, and program performance.
- Conduct data analysis and report any anomalies, supporting both growth and product teams as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Compliance, and Legal to ensure client eligibility and incentives are correctly set up.
- Maintain product documentation, process playbooks, and internal knowledge bases.
- Identify areas for process improvement or automation to enhance operational efficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, business analytics, product operations, growth, or related areas.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with numbers and structured criteria.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets; basic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to learn.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to present data and decisions concisely to stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks effectively.
- Residing in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned schedule (remote).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of crypto, exchange, or fintech products, especially VIP or institutional client programs.
- Understanding of trading mechanics such as spot/futures, maker/taker fees, and fee tiers.
- Exposure to business intelligence tools and data warehouses.
