Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of Binance APP VIP community and Telegram community.
- Develop community operation content, including announcements and support for online/offline activities.
- Meet community growth targets through new user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining multilingual VIP communities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to streamline responsibilities and workflows for content creation and visual design.
- Have autonomy in content publishing, utilizing CRM and analytics tools for content management.
- Test community operation strategies to enhance content performance.
- Conduct a minimum of 1 community operation event per month.
- Track and analyze operational metrics to replicate successful approaches.
