About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship opportunity for Early Career talent in the digital assets space. Responsibilities
- Engage in the development and upkeep of the KYB (Know Your Business) backend system, the focal point of the internship
- Handle compilation and integration of interface documentation for the KYB business module
- Participate in testing and regression tasks for KYB releases, including functional testing, regression verification, and bug tracking in collaboration with the QA team
- Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills to address issues reported by the QA team
- Aid the CS team in resolving customer challenges and categorizing them for system enhancement
Requirements
- Possess a degree in a computer-related field, bachelor's level or higher
- Proficient in Java fundamentals and knowledge of basic frameworks like multithreading and networking
- Familiarity with the Spring micro-services framework and comprehension of its operational framework
- Knowledge of MySQL database systems, and proficiency in at least one NoSQL database platform
- Proficient in common middleware tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
- Strong logical thinking skills, solid teamwork aptitude, and rapid learning capabilities
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English is necessary to liaise with global partners and stakeholders. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
- Experience with web3 projects is desirable

While this is a fully remote position, candidates based in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region are preferred to align with working hours across our wider growth team and key internal departments, with flexibility for exceptional candidates in other locations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full listing deal cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing - across paid listings and in-kind/token-based listing arrangements
Build and actively manage a prioritized pipeline of target projects, using our existing research as a starting point and expanding it over time
Represent Travala directly to token project founders, BD leads, and treasury teams to pitch new listings
