Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic blockchain team as a Blockchain Solutions Engineer/Developer Relations Engineer. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between blockchains and the wider developer community. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with developers, equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and assistance to excel within the blockchain sphere. The ideal candidate should have a deep interest in blockchain technology, be collaborative in nature, and dedicated to delivering top-notch technical support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with the developer community to gain insights, enhance products, and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure developer relations efforts align with business strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and resources to empower developers.
- Provide timely and efficient technical support to developers, aiding with problem-solving and integration challenges.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn within a community management and engineering environment.
- Familiarity with community management platforms like Telegram and Discord.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and software development tools (e.g., Solidity, TypeScript, Golang, Rust).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, involving software engineering or customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
