Responsibilities
Circle is in search of an experienced and motivated Brand Manager/Brand Specialist to join our Brand Strategy team. This role will involve shaping and developing brand messaging to boost awareness, familiarity, and affinity surrounding Circle brands and sub-brands, particularly targeted at emerging markets. The Senior Brand Manager should possess expertise in crafting brand strategies, messaging frameworks, and insights; a keen interest in emerging technologies or the financial technology/Web3 domain; and a fervor for establishing brands that challenge existing norms. This position will steer the growth of Circle’s brand by conducting research, interpreting data, building strategic frameworks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders (across Marketing, Product, and Business teams) to steer marketing efforts and executions. The ideal candidate should bring a background in establishing global or emerging brands in the technology sector, with a focus on pioneering, disruptive technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand messaging frameworks for Circle brands and sub-brands, with an emphasis on global markets.
- Utilize regional insights and business goals to inform narratives and positioning, devising fresh messaging approaches that resonate with audience requirements.
- Analyze brands within the ecosystem and adjacent technological landscape to influence positioning strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of messaging, working with Marketing, Communications, Business, and Product teams to shape activations across various channels, target audiences, and touchpoints.
- Coordinate and contribute to the creation of marketing content spanning web, event, organic and paid social, and print/digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to steer partner brand initiations, focusing on pivotal strategic alliances.
- Liaise with Integrated Campaigns to ensure consistent brand representation across all campaign activities, covering all stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with Influencer Marketing to enhance brand visibility and target global audiences effectively.
- Integrate partner insights, campaign audiences, and content creator inputs to guide future brand strategies.
- Partner with the Creative Lab to steer brand expression, ensuring coherence and clarity, while elevating purpose and forging meaningful connections with audiences.
Qualifications
- Bring to the role 7-10 years' experience in Brand Strategy, Integrated Marketing, and/or Product Marketing, with a focus on messaging and establishing global technology brands.
- Demonstrated track record of creating and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth.
- Exceptional writing proficiency, adept at tailoring messages and tone for various audiences (B2B and B2C), accompanied by experience in data-backed strategies, insights application, brand growth measurement, and internal report creation.
- Proven ability to foster positive collaborations with Creative teams, contribute to producing impactful, cutting-edge work.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and collaborative spirit, exhibiting a team-focused approach and a willingness to tackle tasks of any magnitude.
- Demonstrated familiarity with or enthusiasm for the Web3/digital currency space, additional agency experience preferred.
- Passion for embracing new technologies and readiness to adapt to evolving landscapes.

Compensation
- Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 15%
- Other Benefits: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 10 paid sick leave days annually, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
