A payment solution for clients, agencies, and freelancers from service industries, offering industry-grade contracts where transactions are split into incremental and upfront installments, all backed by Escrow (safe vault). Every deal and feedback to it is added to the Professional on-chain passports, which are used to prove reputation, delivered work, and experience.
Why it matters:
Regardless of how clients, freelancers, and service delivery companies conduct business, all parties face regular financial losses due to non-payments, delayed payments, and ever-growing freelance marketplaces’ fees.
A freelancer’s trackable work on marketplaces is their key asset, but they lack ownership over their profiles, risking the loss of valuable data-backed trust.

Midcontract will be the only platform out there offering 100% Escrow for all contract types, as well as fiat and crypto support, combined with the extreme speed of money delivery (5x faster than Upwork, 8x faster than in paper contracts), and low fees. Please, note, that besides regular proficiency in the BA field, you need to have hands-on experience with scrum master duties, follow business ethics, be aware of cultural differences, and have enough empathy!
Major duties
- Agile experience – Epic & User Story creation, Ceremonies facilitation
- Be the system subject matter expert; experienced in analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Create documentation, as per the company’s standard, for all phases of SDLC, including project plan, requirement documentation, technical prototype design, training manuals, and implementation plan if needed
- Hands-on experience working directly with Dev & QA teams daily (e.g. story walk-through, early feedback sessions, etc.)
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience in the product or mid to large outsourcing company, working on SaaS, ERP, and PaaS solutions (preferably).
- Highly organized and independent.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, applied in the Scrum field.
- You’re a passionate, non-conflict person, and love to educate.
- A team player who is eager to collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues and partners every week.
