Business Analyst / Project Manager, Finance Technology

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to establish project scope, objectives, and outcomes.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic goals.
• Identify, assess, and address project risks and challenges effectively.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders to maintain transparency and resolve issues promptly.

• Work closely with IT and vendors to innovate and implement solutions using digital tools and technologies.
• Provide support for Finance system operation to enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis in a dynamic corporate environment, although less experienced candidates will also be considered.
• Possess a data-driven approach focused on user empathy.
• Display leadership qualities, proactive attitude, and strong results orientation.
• Proficient problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and innovation mindset with a penchant for thinking creatively.
• Ability to evaluate and deploy digital tools like cloud platforms, data analytics, and automation tools.
• Background in Finance transformation preferred.
• Experience in the crypto industry is advantageous.
