Jito Labs is currently searching for a skilled Business Developer to expand our customer base and forge stronger partnerships. This role merges business development and technical acumen, demanding in-depth knowledge of MEV and our systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enhance product adoption by understanding customer requirements and directing them to suitable resources
- Cultivate existing customer relations and formulate innovative strategies for expanding our outreach
- Represent Jito Labs at significant conferences and networking events
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product integration and resolving technical challenges
- Formulate and execute strategies for business growth
- Take complete ownership of initiatives from concept to fruition
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, business development, or related roles, preferably within DeFi or blockchain sectors
- Proven history of collaborating directly with engineering teams on product integration
- Profound understanding of the MEV ecosystem and its implications
- Strong adaptability and project management capabilities
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term consequences
- Technical competency to comprehend and explain complex systems

Annual Salary: $150,000 - $175,000.
