About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving paid traffic growth by developing new media sources and paid ad channels in alignment with strategic goals.
- Identifying market opportunities, designing growth strategies, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Enhancing ROI through budget optimization, creative development, placement, and audience targeting on social media channels.
- Analyzing user data lifecycle to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Planning and executing market-specific campaigns and strategies.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in media, investment, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Ideally, minimum 3 years of people management experience and strong network in Crypto & Blockchain.
- Proficiency in data analytics, strategic roadmap formulation, and market research.
- Understanding of user behavior and market dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, logical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
