Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in our organization's growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for a range of dynamic tasks aimed at enhancing our brand presence and driving profitability through strategic affiliate partnerships. Your duties will encompass:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and Attracting New Affiliates: Seek out fresh affiliate partnerships to bolster our brand's expansion.
- Affiliate Account Management: Oversee day-to-day affiliate account operations to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Performance Recognition: Identify and nurture top-performing affiliates, devising incentive programs to recognize and reward our key partners.
- Promotions and Communications: Create monthly promotional content and maintain communication channels with affiliate marketers.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance landing pages, refine marketing efforts, and optimize merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
- Innovative Recruitment and Marketing: Develop inventive affiliate recruitment and program marketing strategies.
- KPI Achievement: Manage affiliate accounts while meeting individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Quality Enhancement: Implement strategies to enhance the quality and output of key affiliate partnerships.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the affiliate team at industry events and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Key Account Management: Oversee key accounts across all brands, driving business growth with mid to top-tier affiliates.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with the internal marketing team to expand the affiliate business within the target market.
- Reporting and Payment Oversight: Provide regular performance reports to the CEO and board of directors. Ensure timely and accurate processing of affiliate payments.
- Geographical Growth: Implement strategies to increase traffic in targeted geographical areas, aligning with the business growth strategy.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in the head of affiliates capacity.
- Expertise in both sportsbook and casino products.
- A strong network of industry affiliate connections.
- Excellent communication skills.Comprehensive knowledge of leading global affiliates.
- Methodical, data-driven, and highly organized work style.
- Fluency in English.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
