Business Development Manager

As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in establishing the company as a leading dark kitchen provider in the region. Your responsibilities will cover managing the entire sales cycle, from product demonstrations in both physical and virtual settings to negotiating contracts and sealing deals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial process from site tours to closing deals for inbound leads.
- Drive outbound interest through strategic inside and outside sales tactics.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM entries for potential sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's value propositions and effectively address queries.
- Conduct multiple daily site tours, follow-up communication, and meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to generate leads and achieve deal closures.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management.
- Proficiency in the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and adaptable to a fast-evolving environment.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Experience or knowledge in hospitality, real estate, eCommerce, food delivery, F&B, or tech sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and G Suite tools.
