Business Development Manager – Binance Connect

We are in search of a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Binance Connect team. The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of the blockchain industry, excellent networking capabilities, and a demonstrated history of fostering business growth in the crypto and Web3 sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development:
Establish relationships with crypto wallet providers, DApps, and other Web3 platforms.
Drive the adoption of on/off-ramp services via negotiating and securing strategic partnerships.
Sales and Business Growth:
Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies to promote on/off-ramp solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance value propositions.
Offer insights to internal teams on market demands, challenges, and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align services with customer demands.
Advocate for customer-centric enhancements in product offerings.
Thought Leadership:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance credibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of on/off-ramp services, crypto wallets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in crypto/fiat transactions.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and sales metrics effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Soft Skills:
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments.
Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network within the crypto/Web3 community.
- Experience working with global clients and partners.
- Understanding of self-custody wallet, DeFi platforms, and payment gateways.
