About the Role:
Responsibilities:
Possess a deep understanding of the blockchain and platform business, keeping abreast of industry trends, and actively engaging in Defi products. Regularly implement and participate in these initiatives.
Identify and select high-quality POS projects and on-chain Defi products that align with the platform's goals. Take charge of project management, including industry analysis, and build cooperation plans for global projects to introduce traffic to the platform.
Cultivate strong relationships with overseas blockchain investment organizations, analyze potential cooperation opportunities, and evaluate project resources.
Conduct thorough market research regularly, stay updated on industry trends, and focus on projects in relevant fields.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in the blockchain or financial industry.
- Proficiency in understanding the Web3/Defi market.
- Solid grasp of Defi protocols, particularly in Earn/Staking/Invest products.
- Strong communication skills essential for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility and teamwork. Excellent coordination and communication abilities are a must.
