Business Development Manager (Fiat Channel)

As a valuable member of Binance's Big Fiat team, you will have a crucial role in the development and expansion of fiat payment infrastructure across the APAC region. This role goes beyond establishing channels - it involves shaping the future of payments by integrating traditional payment methods with crypto-native experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Channel Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with local Payment Service Providers (PSPs), card acquirers, alternative payment method providers (APMs), and banking partners in the APAC region. Lead the entire partnership cycle from initial sourcing to technical integration, focusing on improving payment flows.

• Business Innovation Exploration: Stay abreast of emerging payment models and fintech innovations in the region. Collaborate with internal teams to pilot new approaches combining fiat and cryptocurrency capabilities, supporting new product constructs and payment methods.

• Infrastructure-Driven Perspective: Anticipate how cryptocurrencies can enhance the evolution of financial infrastructure, especially within fiat payment networks. Monitor regulatory changes and market trends in key APAC markets to provide insights for long-term strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or Law.

• Possess 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border business development.

• Strong knowledge of local PSPs, card schemes, and payment ecosystem players in the APAC region.

• Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners.

• Proven ability in creating and scaling partnerships.

• Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Effective communication skills for stakeholder alignment across departments.
