Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships
We are currently looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to drive growth through establishing and nurturing relationships with key Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. The focus of this role is to expand our presence within these important segments by creating strategic partnerships and tailor-made solutions to meet the needs of high-value customers.

Your main responsibilities will include building strategic relationships with top Affiliates and Brokers, identifying high-potential VIP clients, and delivering customized solutions based on their specific requirements. Your creativity will be essential in launching unique affiliate campaigns, developing tailored programs for brokers, and collaborating with internal teams to introduce innovative products designed for your partners.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to take risks, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to shaping the future of crypto partnerships with the support of a highly skilled team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and local crypto leaders, to attract new customers and increase trading activity.
Develop new partnerships with Brokers and enhance the broker program, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing brokers.
Engage with and outreach to VIP clients.
Provide prompt and effective customer service to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients. Proactively collaborate with internal teams and offer recommendations for enhancing services.
Stay informed about social media trends, particularly on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, as well as within the Blockchain influencer community.
Represent the company at conferences, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients to promote awareness of products and services.
Conduct community outreach activities and participate in crypto gatherings to strengthen the company's institutional presence.
Research market and competitor trends in the crypto industry.
Draft and finalize client and partnership agreements.
Maintain regular communication with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gather feedback, and make recommendations for product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with a network or knowledge of influential figures in the ecosystem.
- Established network of clients within the Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in selling financial products.
- Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
- Demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and optimizing relationships with clients or partners to drive business results and create agreements.
- Strong proficiency in professional written and oral English; writing and presentation samples are encouraged.
