Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of Binance Pay on a global scale. Your primary focus will revolve around identifying key merchant partners, leading commercial negotiations, promoting product adoption, and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance the Binance Pay ecosystem. Collaborate with various teams internally to implement market strategies and expand payment solutions across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-traffic merchants in key industries to expand the regional merchant base and transaction activities swiftly.
- Lead the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and implementation to accelerate time-to-market deployment.
- Forge strong connections with senior stakeholders in payment-related organizations, utilizing market credibility to cultivate traditional payment infrastructure partnerships.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies on a regional scale, particularly emphasizing verticals like gaming, e-commerce, and digital services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, streamline onboarding processes, and create joint marketing initiatives for increased adoption and growth.
- Analyze performance data to optimize partner terms and enhance long-term ecosystem benefits.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and competitive landscapes to adjust regional strategies and explore new distribution channels.
- Meet performance metrics including expanding the merchant base and transaction volumes.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in enterprise-level business development, with proficiency in engaging with high-level stakeholders and managing complex partnerships.
- Established network within payment processing and financial institutions.
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments and compliance requirements when negotiating partnerships.
- Results-oriented and adaptable to dynamic growth environments with a focus on strategic momentum.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into scalable partnership approaches.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish required, additional languages a plus.
