About The Team:
The Binance Pay & Card team is transforming global financial transactions and management with innovative payment solutions. Binance Pay facilitates seamless crypto transactions, positioning the team at the forefront of digital payments and fintech innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and expand strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and major merchants in key industries to boost regional merchant growth and transaction volumes rapidly.
- Lead the entire enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, coordinating KYB processes, and ensuring smooth cross-functional integration for swift go-live timelines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at PSPs, acquirers, and significant merchants to forge partnerships in traditional payment infrastructure leveraging regulatory compliance and market credibility.
- Devise and implement regional expansion plans focusing on vital sectors like gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services while identifying emerging opportunities in untapped industries.
- Work closely with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to customize solutions, streamline onboarding procedures, and devise joint initiatives to drive merchant adoption and increase GMV.
- Analyze merchant and partnership data to segment accounts, optimize commercial terms, enhance profitability, and maximize long-term ecosystem benefits.
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and market shifts to adjust regional strategies and facilitate global payment distribution expansion.
- Meet ambitious KPIs including merchant base growth, acquirer onboarding targets, and measurable transaction volume expansion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven enterprise-level business development experience involving C-suite engagement, complex partnership negotiations, and management.
- Well-established network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
- Proficient in operating within regulated environments and navigating compliance and reputational aspects when forming partnerships.
- Commercially adept, resilient, and execution-oriented with a focus on fostering momentum in growing, expansion-driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret merchant data and translate insights into scalable partnership strategies.
- Fluency in English & Arabic to facilitate coordination with local and international partners/stakeholders; additional language skills are advantageous.
