Requirements And Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive BDR/Junior Account Executive to join our team, dedicated to significantly boosting our lead generation initiatives, primarily at the initial stages of our Sales and Marketing funnel.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping clients' first impression of our company as they show interest in our solutions. You will collaborate across various teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to identify and qualify new prospects, plan outreach strategies, and assist in setting up initial meetings and product demonstrations. Additionally, you will work with Revenue Operations to analyze data, extract insights, and drive continual improvements in our go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound leads, conducting thorough research and profiling to facilitate high-quality initial meetings and demos.
- Support call preparation and develop follow-up strategies for a seamless hand-off to Account Executives.
- Independently conduct qualification and discovery calls with specific client personas to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
- Engage in value-driven outreach before and after events to identify promising prospects for our platform.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach and client interactions in Salesforce for reporting purposes.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials to engage and qualify leads effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, particularly related to the solutions Genesis offers.

- Proficient: Possess 3-5 years of Capital Markets exposure and experience with sales methodologies for data management and reporting.
- Ethical: Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, along with various benefits such as flexible work arrangements, holiday time off, healthcare coverage, retirement contributions, training opportunities, wellbeing incentives, and more.
