Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated BDR/Junior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on accelerating our pipeline generation engine at the top of the Sales and Marketing funnel. You will shape clients' initial perception of our company, engage in prospect profiling and qualification, collaborate with various teams to plan outreach and schedule initial meetings and demos. Additionally, you will work closely with Revenue Operations to analyze insights and drive ongoing enhancements in our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for inbound "warm" leads, conducting thorough research and profiling to facilitate high-quality initial meetings and demos.
  • Assist with call preparation, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement strategies for hand-off to Account Executives.
  • Independently conduct qualification and discovery calls with specific personas to understand client needs and opportunities further.
  • Engage in value-oriented outreach before and after events to identify potential prospects who can benefit from our platform.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of outreach and client engagement in Salesforce for reporting and insights.
  • Prepare and organize relevant sales and marketing material for lead engagement.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per year
