Business Growth Manager - LATAM region (Fiat)

Responsibilities

• Lead growth campaigns in the LATAM region to drive market volume and acquire new users.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for newly launched channels or features in the LATAM market.
• Support global branding initiatives, including KOL engagement, affiliate marketing, and community promotions.
• Oversee global content and social media strategies.
• Create strategies to enhance awareness of business line products through optimized product entrances.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Community Marketing roles, with a focus on LATAM growth.
• Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain with a deep understanding of the local blockchain community.
• Hands-on experience in managing local social media and community channels, encompassing channel growth, content creation, data analysis, and community moderation.
• Solid track record in influencer and KOL management.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and innovative thinking.
• Effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven and proactive.
