Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business intelligence and data teams to construct datasets for treasury and risk management purposes.
• Build and sustain advanced risk management systems, dashboards, and automated reports to aid in meeting management goals and regulatory mandates.
• Analyze extensive volumes of transactional, operational, customer, and financial data using various data tools and platforms.
• Transform complex insights into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations for operational teams and leaders.
• Engage in all data-related activities from engineering to developing visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments.
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment where quick time-to-market is critical.
• Develop and maintain risk management systems and dashboards to monitor limits, identify breaches, and facilitate timely risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
• Possess 3-5 years of full-time experience in an Analytics or Data Science capacity.
• Demonstrate proactive teamwork, with the ability to swiftly adapt to new tools and methodologies.
• Show genuine curiosity in identifying data trends, analyzing complex concepts, and conveying findings in simple terms.
• Preferably have experience in internal/client-facing consulting or business transformation roles.
• Exhibit a keen interest in Emerging Technologies such as Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Proficiency in two or more of the following: analytical software, data visualization tools, database management tools, or programming languages.
