We are seeking a proactive BI Analyst with strong business acumen to integrate into our Content Team. Your role involves more than merely constructing dashboards — you will be responsible for the foundational data layer driving content strategy decisions. Your scope of work will encompass defining metrics, building data models, designing self-service reporting infrastructure, and unveiling insights that directly influence editorial strategies, distribution tactics, and audience expansion.

:

• Establish ownership of metrics by defining, maintaining, and continually refining the core KPI system for the Content Team. This includes metrics for content consumption, creator performance, user engagement, retention, and funnel conversion.
• Develop the data infrastructure by creating and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines, models, and reporting layers to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Generate actionable insights by proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and opportunities through regular analysis. Drive findings that can positively impact editorial direction, distribution strategies, and audience growth.
• Track the impact of content experiments and strategic changes from inception to completion. Monitor the entire process from hypothesis formulation to test execution, result analysis, recommendation formulation, and follow-up actions.
• Foster self-service capabilities by building user-friendly dashboards and data products that allow product managers and operations teams to address their inquiries autonomously.
• Collaborate across functions, being the data partner for Product and Operations teams. Translate business inquiries into analytical challenges and data insights into actionable decisions.
• Ensure data quality by overseeing data accuracy, consistency, and documentation. Proactively work with data engineering to address any upstream issues affecting data integrity.

Job Requirement:

• Possess 3-5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a relevant role within an internet-based company.

• Proficient in SQL; familiarity with big data tools like Hive, Spark, and Presto is advantageous.

• Prior experience with AI native analysis toolings.

• Thorough comprehension of content metrics such as DAU/MAU, CTR, duration time, funnel conversion, and retention cohorts.

• Strong logical thinking and structured communication skills to present data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrate a high sense of ownership with a focus on driving business outcomes rather than task completion.
