Responsibilities:

• Design and develop fiat wallet offerings and payment services, catering to user demand for everyday payment needs.
• Conduct market research to discern market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the payments sector, utilizing data analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Formulate detailed Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new payment products and initiatives, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure effective implementation and user adoption.
• Devise innovative plans to enhance Retail, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), and Corporate/Institutional engagement through the fiat wallet, aiming to boost volumes and balances while creating additional revenue streams.
• Foster and manage relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions, and Payment service providers to enhance the payments network, ensure competitive pricing, and global coverage of payment methods.
• Establish key performance indicators to monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, identify operational issues, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Implement plans to optimize payment operations in terms of efficiency, scalability, and reliability, crafting processes that reduce costs and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with pertinent regulatory requirements in the payments domain.
• Lead and inspire a team of payment operations professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and support towards achieving departmental objectives.
• Drive collaboration across departments such as Product, Technology, Business, Growth/Marketing, Communications, and Finance to ensure cohesive outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Master’s degree is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in payment management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, encompassing proficiency in payments, Fiat, PSPS, analytics, GTM strategies, and project execution.
• Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through leading and grooming high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in analytics and problem-solving, with a knack for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance operations and steer strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-driven approach, emphasizing measurable outcomes and continual improvement.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at managing evolving scenarios and balancing competing priorities.
