Business Services Manager

The Business Services Manager will be at the helm in assisting with the future growth of the company.
Tasks
- Responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization, and prepare associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to senior management
- Provide relevant information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Direct, manage, and develop the capacity of administrative staff to guarantee smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
- Represent the organization on internal and external matters, including negotiations, conventions, seminars
- Responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes
- Responsible for coordinating aspects related to hiring commercial and residential facilities, lease management, and rental payments
- Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive corporate security policy.
- Researching trends in the industry to determine how they may affect the organization’s operations
- Maintaining employee records, such as payroll data or attendance records
- Managing facilities operations such as purchasing supplies and arranging for maintenance services
- Coordinating with outside vendors to provide legal services or accounting services to the organization
- Organizing and managing internal meetings such as board meetings or staff meetings
- Reviewing financial reports to identify problems or opportunities for improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Business analysis: 3 years (Required)
