  • Working on scalable and robust code using C++ and Python to ensure simplicity and understandability.

  • Experience in understanding the inner workings of C++ standard libraries.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of networking, CPU and memory models, and assembly language is desirable.

  • A unique opportunity to work on interesting projects with a high level of responsibility and ownership.
  • A chance to join one of the strongest and most successful CeFi (Centralized Finance) teams globally.
  • A vibrant company culture that is informal, non-hierarchical, ambitious, highly professional, collaborative, and entrepreneurial.
  • A central London office with a sci-fi theme.
  • Flexible working arrangements, allowing for remote work and flexible hours.
  • Competitive base pay, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
  • Standard perks such as pension, private health insurance, and free food, though these should not be the primary motivators for joining.
  • Assistance with UK work permits and relocation.

To apply, please submit a short, honest, and direct message that highlights your interest in C++ development at Wintermute. We are looking for authentic individuals who align with our interests, values, and ambitions, so please avoid generic or copy-paste applications.
