Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline fiat operations, encompassing credit card processing and various payment methods.
• Collaborate with payment service providers, acquirers, and financial institutions to ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Analyze transaction data for trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop strategies to enhance user experience and elevate transaction success rates.
• Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements in close coordination with the compliance team.
• Offer support and troubleshooting for payment-related concerns.
• Prepare and present regular reports on payment performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in credit card operations or collaborating with acquirers like Stripe, Checkout, or equivalent.
• Profound knowledge of payment processing, including authorization, capture, and settlement processes.
• Proficiency in analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Previous exposure to the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is advantageous.
• Fluency in English to effectively engage with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers.
