Responsibilities

• Governance & Performance Management:

• Establish and uphold effective management frameworks for accountability and decision-making processes.

• Work collaboratively with Finance and Analytics teams to identify and communicate business opportunities and risks, leveraging AI-powered predictive analytics.

• Analytics, Insights, and Reporting:

• Collaborate with Data Analytics and AI units to grasp business dynamics and develop strategic insights.

• Create automated reports for senior management integrating AI-driven data visualization and forecasting capabilities.

• Industry & Competition:

• Engage with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive analysis, utilizing AI tools for real-time market insight and sentiment assessment.

• Formulate competitive strategies based on AI-generated insights and scenario forecasts.

• Special Projects:

• Lead task forces and oversee significant projects, especially AI-centric initiatives aimed at boosting operational efficiency and driving business innovation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or comparable analytical positions.
• Strong business and operational insight coupled with adept problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in fostering strong cross-functional relationships, effective communication, and engagement with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in project and change management.
• Exposure to financial and blockchain trading sectors is advantageous.
• Hold an MBA, BA, or BS from a reputable university.
