Channel Operations Specialist (FIAT) - Europe

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development team by improving existing banking and wallet fiat channels through collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance channel conversion rate and user flow.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase fiat active users, volume growth, and optimize customer experience.
• Monitor local user feedback, community insights, and competitor data to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Lead local fiat growth initiatives by collaborating with partners to expand fiat awareness globally.
• Analyze data to detect trends and anomalies, providing insights for technical improvements and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or International Business preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in payment industry or related fields.
• Experience with European local payment channels required.
• Previous operational experience with banking/wallet channels a plus.
• Interest in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, finance, trading, or payment industry.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and basic operational metrics.
• Capacity to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, additional European languages a bonus.
