Responsibilities
- Support Business Development team by improving existing banking and wallet fiat channels through collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance channel conversion rate and user flow.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase fiat active users, volume growth, and optimize customer experience.
- Monitor local user feedback, community insights, and competitor data to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or International Business preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in payment industry or related fields.
- Experience with European local payment channels required.
- Previous operational experience with banking/wallet channels a plus.
- Interest in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, finance, trading, or payment industry.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and basic operational metrics.
