Position Overview

Keyfactor is searching for an experienced Senior Channel Solutions Engineer to manage the Global System Integrator Partner Community. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team focused on working with GSIs and the Technical Partner ecosystem.

As a part of the Business Development team for GSIs, you will liaise between the channel team and SE organization to support the technical requirements of the Keyfactor GSI Partner Community. Success in this role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational proficiency, and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize partners with Keyfactor product platforms and articulate their value
  • Conduct product demonstrations as needed to enhance Technical GSI SE knowledge of Keyfactor solutions
  • Assist in establishing a GSI Partner “Center of Excellence” and integrating product demos and solutions
  • Provide guidance on Keyfactor Product Implementation from Services Scope development to delivery
  • Recommend complementary technology partner products for potential combined GSI solutions for enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with the Keyfactor Sales, SE, and Channel teams on GSI Partner opportunities
  • Advise channel leadership on creating programs, training, and enablement for GSI Partners

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, technical development, and account management
  • Ability to effectively present complex security concepts and solutions to GSI Partner Technical teams
  • Proficiency in PKI and Certificate Management products
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity requirements, solutions, and products
  • Capability to translate technical aspects of Keyfactor Product Platforms into business outcomes for partners and customers

Compensation

Salary will be based on individual experience.
