Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of online banking details with system deposit and withdrawal funds.
• Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Address customer funding issues by interfacing with customer service daily.
• Manage the adjustment and processing of customers' incorrect currency deposits.
• Assist in the distribution and processing of markets and related activities.
• Compile and analyze daily system operation data.
• Grant support in connecting new channels and completing all related tasks before launch.
• Develop short-term cash forecasts and oversee daily cash management under Group liquidity structures.
• Handle the onboarding of new bank accounts and manage online banking system administration, including obtaining respective bank signatories.
• Aid in the implementation of Accounting/Treasury Management System and other payment products.
• Perform various duties to support the smooth operation of the Treasury function.
• Maintain accurate transactional data in the Accounting and Treasury Management System.
• Create asset reconciliation reports and complete post-trade settlement for crypto assets daily.
• Be actively involved in cold wallet operations, including wallet creation, transaction verification, and device safekeeping.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
• Preferably 5-10 years of experience in trading market, third-party payment, clearing, and settlement roles in commercial banks.
• Strong risk identification skills and understanding.
• Excellent logical analysis, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated work commitment, innovation, resilience to pressure, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Internet finance and traditional financial services.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and independent project handling.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic to liaise with international partners and stakeholders.
• Must be based in Dubai.
