Description
Our client is a consulting business based in the UK that offers data/intelligence platforms to Retail, FMCG, and Consumer Goods clients. They are currently expanding their presence in the APAC region and seeking a Client Engagement Manager to support their primary client in Hong Kong. This role is situated in a startup environment, providing significant autonomy and flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and address various questions and issues raised by platform users, categorizing them based on whether they are technical or usage-related.
- Assess the severity of platform issues affecting users, prioritize them, and collaborate with the global product team to address them efficiently and with minimal impact.
- Understand the role of customer data in aiding stakeholders' decision-making through the platform.
- Demonstrate how the platform can address business queries and provide basic guidance that enhances users' skills.
- Establish solid relationships with Platform users spanning different banners, categories, and support functions.
- Assist in implementing a structured training program in close coordination with the stakeholder's Learning & Development department.
- Contribute to developing a repository of content that Platform users can leverage to complement their training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- Prior experience in Retail or with data-centric products is advantageous.
- Background in User Engagement or Customer Support is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance priorities across different business units.
- Experience in a dynamic environment and in facilitating business transformation.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Consideration will be given to less experienced candidates for the Client Engagement Executive position.
