Department Environment
The Client Onboarding team operates under Copper's Revenue Department, overseeing client onboarding processes from initial contact to go-live stages. This entails collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transitions onto the Copper platform. The team works closely with Sales and Account Management to guarantee clients receive a positive onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
As a member of this team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Sales to drive and optimize the pipeline for meeting revenue targets.
- Acting as a primary contact to guide clients through the onboarding journey, from start to handover to the Relationship Management team.
- Coordinating client interactions and involving relevant Copper stakeholders as needed.
- Providing clients with tailored onboarding packages and serving as the main point of contact for all onboarding documentation and issues.
- Working with KYC Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to finalize AML/KYC due diligence and legal requirements in the onboarding process.
- Participating in weekly calls with internal teams to ensure proper resource allocation, prioritize key clients, and meet go-live deadlines.
- Setting up client accounts on the Copper Platform, including configuring user permissions and commercial coding.
- Introducing clients to the Copper Relationship Management and Technical Account Management teams.
- Maintaining Salesforce client data accuracy for regular reporting.
- Collaborating with the Head of Client Onboarding to identify client onboarding process improvements and trends.
- Working with internal stakeholders to automate and scale the end-to-end onboarding process.
Your Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in a Client Onboarding role.
- Experience in KYC is beneficial, with training available for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform.
- Genuine interest in Crypto, Fintech, and Financial Services sectors.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in addressing diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and levels within the organization.
- Capacity to influence decision-making and align teams efficiently.
