As the CMO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing vision and strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and driving business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the blockchain space, with a proven track record of success in driving marketing initiatives and business growth. Also experience in organising hackathons and other events to promote the brand.
Business Development: Demonstrated experience in business development within the blockchain sector, with a strong understanding of the market landscape.
Network: Established connections with VCs, KOLs, DApps, Web3 gaming, DeFi projects, and other blockchain companies, with a strong ability to leverage these relationships for business growth.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on analytics and performance metrics.
Relationship Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building lasting professional relationships.
Regional Experience: Experience in European & Asian markets is a must, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the region.

Growth Marketing Lead (User & Volume Growth Focus)
This is not a traditional community manager role. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of onboarding users, increasing engagement, and directly contributing to product adoption and transaction/activity volume.
What You’ll Own
Develop and execute user growth strategy end-to-end
Drive measurable increases in active users and platform volume
Build acquisition funnels (organic + partnership-driven)
