Community Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a community of ambassadors for the blockchain ecosystem products, including designing incentive programs and monitoring team performance.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues from community members, acting as a liaison for the core team.
• Gather feedback and suggestions from the community to improve products and activities by submitting proposals.
• Oversee user communities on various platforms and explore new tools to enhance engagement.
• Establish and manage effective community groups through self-governance, incentive structures, and tools.
• Cultivate relationships with external communities and coordinate community initiatives like airdrops and AMA sessions to drive user acquisition and activation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in community operations or related fields, showcasing strong communication skills and public relations acumen preferably in community growth.
• Passion for the cryptocurrency industry with exposure to PFP NFT and crypto gaming is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Resourceful, collaborative, with superior people management skills and a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in business or native English.
• Flexible to adapt to varying work hours and remote collaboration settings.
