Responsibilities

- Collaborating with various teams for both internal and external audits

Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in company secretarial work
- Membership or student status with organizations like HKCGI, CSIS, MAICSA, ICSA, or ICPA is preferred
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer literacy
- Experience with entity management platforms and digital tools is a plus
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Capable of task prioritization and independent work
